How to rent something?

Payments Options

• Payments include rental amount, transportation charges (if any) and security deposits.
• You need not pay us on time of booking but pay us before or on the delivery of products
• Payments can be done in form of Cash (upto 20,000). If the security deposits and rental + transportation amount exceeds Rs 20,000, the payment should be done through NEFT, credit cards, debit cards, net banking.
• Payments made by credit cards, debit cards and net banking carry additional internet handling fees of 3%, to avoid that you can book the product and pay by NEFT.
• Rent and transportation fees payment can be done through net banking, credit card, debit card, NEFT, Cash (limit of upto 20,000 per transaction) and security deposit  amount can be paid later before the product is delivered.
• While security deposits are refundable by bank transfers (if paid by net banking, credit card, debit card) and cash (if paid by cash while booking the product), any damage or losing of product would be deducted from the same (please refer to the damage policy).

Pricing calculation

• Each product displays its unique price list with number of days say 1 night, 5 nights, 10 nights and so on.
• If you book for any days in between the number of days mentioned, the system will automatically calculate the prorated price on number of days. So if you book for 7 nights and 5 nights pricing is Rs. 500, a price of Rs 700 is applicable for 7 days.
• The amount of security deposit on any item would remain the same regardless the number of nights.
• While picking up number of nights one should also pick a time slots for delivery and return of goods. Any delivery would be made between 10 am to 7 pm, so, a Monday morning time slot to a Wednesday night time slot is 2 nights.

Cancellations

• Please cancel as early as possible Cancellation link
• Cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery time is free. However, cancellation within 48 hours would call for cancellation fee of Rs. 100/-
• The amount of security deposit on any item would remain the same regardless the number of nights.
• While picking up number of nights one should also pick a time slots for delivery and return of goods. Any delivery would be made between 10 am to 7 pm, so, a Monday morning time slot to a Wednesday night time slot is 2 nights.

Early or late return

• Any early return of product will not be offered any refund or discounts.
• If the return time or date is late please inform us by calling, texting or whatsapping on +919920003143 or you can email us on info@karlorent.com; enquiry@karlorent.com; customercare@karlorent.com
• If the product is booked by anyone else we may not offer the extension; if so any late return would attach late fee of 20% over and above the rentals.
